BUILT FOR BIM & MEP TEAMS

Your intent.
Your model.
A clearer workflow.

Bring AI-assisted planning into Revit.
Understand the model, review the next action,
and check what actually changed.

01 / THE WORKFLOW

From a request
to a checked result.

AI should help you move work forward, without turning a confident answer into an unverified model change.

01

Understand

Read the active model context: selected elements, levels, families, types and parameters.

CONTEXT BEFORE ACTION
02

Plan & review

Make the proposed task and missing inputs explicit. Keep the BIM professional in the decision loop.

HUMAN REVIEW
03

Execute locally

Connect the approved workflow to the local Windows and Revit environment, within available tool permissions.

CONTROLLED EXECUTION
04

Verify the outcome

Inspect execution results and model changes. A completed command is not the same as an accepted deliverable.

CHECKABLE RESULTS
02 / CONNECTED, NOT REPLACED

The intelligence is connected.
The model stays in your workflow.

BuildX is being developed as a bridge between AI-assisted task planning and the tools BIM teams already use.

Local execution does not mean all processing is offline. Model requests and selected context may be sent to the configured AI provider. Teams must review data permissions before connecting project information.

03 / DEVELOPMENT STATUS

Building with
clear boundaries.

BuildX is a development prototype, not a generally available production service. Here is what that means today.

PROTOTYPE VERIFIED

Read-only model queries

Selection, levels, element search, families and parameters have been tested in a local Revit setup. Compatibility across other environments remains to be verified.

IN VALIDATION

Reliable end-to-end workflows

Connection recovery, task scheduling and complete model-operation acceptance are still being tested. Tool availability alone is not proof of reliable delivery.

NOT YET AVAILABLE

Public access & downloads

No public installer, paid plan or self-service model generation is offered on this page. Access, supported versions and release scope will be confirmed before launch.

Engineering judgment remains essential.

BuildX does not certify structural safety, code compliance, manufacturing accuracy or construction readiness. Project-specific review remains the responsibility of qualified professionals.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you connect.

Is this an online Revit modeling service?

No. This is a product introduction. It does not run Revit in your browser, receive model uploads or execute commands on your computer.

Is BuildX an official OpenAI or Autodesk product?

No. BuildX is an independent development project. OpenAI, Codex and Revit are names associated with their respective owners. This page does not imply partnership, endorsement or approved platform access.

What data does this landing page collect?

This static page has no account registration, upload form, payment form or analytics added by BuildX. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data. The downloadable overview is served as a static file. Future application data practices will be documented separately before public access.

Can I use it for production engineering today?

Not as an independently validated production workflow. The prototype needs environment-specific testing, explicit authorization and professional review. Public availability and supported configurations have not been announced.
